Alex Farmer
Sales and Estimating Manager
Alex started his career as an apprentice carpenter constructing custom homes in the southern Alps of New Zealand. With an Apprentice Of The Year award under his belt, he went on to lead the Christchurch earthquake recovery projects for an award-winning New Zealand builder, before making the move to the Mornington Peninsula. Alex has held leadership positions in Sales and Estimating for local construction companies, including as a company director for a design & build business. Alex’s diverse experience brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience, that helps him provide precise construction quotations in a fluctuating market.

MAGDALINE KAMVISSIS B.Sc.
Project Manager
Magdaline brings a wealth of experience having worked as a Systems and Business Analyst Project Leader for international corporations in Europe and Australia. She returned to Australia in 2001, in the role of Office Manager in her family-owned telecommunications company, prior to moving into the residential construction industry working for custom builders. Magdaline has had a professional association with Randal and Brock for close to 10 years as a Construction Analyst and Project Manager.

Construction Director
Brock has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He loves what he does and it shows, having worked his way from Apprentice Carpenter of the Year, Carpentry and Joinery to becoming a highly skilled and respected Construction Manager today. He brings his skills to the job every day ensuring that the highest standard is maintained on site.
BROCK REID
Construction Director
Brock has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He loves what he does and it shows, having worked his way from Apprentice Carpenter of the Year, Carpentry and Joinery to becoming a highly skilled and respected Construction Manager today. He brings his skills to the job every day ensuring that the highest standard is maintained on site.
RANDAL LAMB B.Eng. (Hons), DB-U, CB-L
Managing Director
Randal has over 25-years’ experience in both Canada and Australia in Engineering, Construction and Project Management of Commercial and Residential projects. His previous roles include GM – National Operations of Metricon Homes and Construction Director of the Latitude 37 Group. The Lamb family home, built while Randal led the Construction team at Latitude 37, was awarded Best Custom Home ($1M-$2M) by the HIA in 2015.
